I haven't experienced these issues thankfully. I have an s23 Ultra and am using Google Messages beta. I have a handful of group chats on my device. One specifically with the girlfriend and one of her friends. We both have s23 Ultra's and her friend uses a Pixel. If either one of them were experiencing issues, I would have heard about it and would have been asked how to fix it by now. I have seen other complaints in other forums specifically mentioning the s22 series though.
