Bias to existing customers
Why is Tmobile bias to existing customers. When it comes to up grades .and forcing us to change a plan in order to upgrade. I'm about fed up with this and on the thin line to go elsewhere

AT&T’s main feature for the past 4 years is that both current customers and new customers get the exact same deals/ Current customers do no need to change plans to get the deals either. i get that all the carriers are schemers but this question was incredibly easy to answer.
