Forced Updates, Why?

The problem i have is the updates throttle devices as they get older I recently did an update and it took out my fast charging and my battery life the reason I know this is because it was fine before the update and then after it took six hours to charge my phone and only three for the battery to be empty the problem is these big cell phone company send out these updates and purposefully throttle the speed of the phone and do other things to make this phone feel old so you go and get a new one just like they did with the light bulb we could have light bulbs that last forever but the big light bulb company thought that was bad for business so they designed the light bulb to only last so long before they burn out that way you have to buy a new light bulb intern making the light bulb company more money look it up I don't mind updates I just don't want one every month I would rather then put them all together every 6 months or every 3 months and do it that way
