Tmo G4SE Firmware Update
Is there a page for the firmware? I see that the "latest" version per the online manual is 1.03.14 but mine is running 1.03.19 and I'm noticing some stability issues.
Nm. Seems the stabilty was electrical. Swapping power socket did the trick.

No do NOT close. There is 100% an issue with this update. There are huge threads on it.

Not for me, 1.03.19 is not useable. Standing in same spot with my 5g phone getting 45/10, turn on modem and connect and getting 0.200/fail....seriously???

I have had the new white 5G Gateway G4SE that T-Mobile markets with pro support. I made the mistake of switching from the previous model the F5688W which was working fine with multiple devices and multiple gaming PC's and gaming consoles. Now, not a single console can play a quick match online for more than 30 seconds and disconnects from the server. I spoken with the so called Personal TechPro team and they could not help. I have now found a better solution! Order Starlink its on sale now! Forget about calling the Personal Tech Pro and wasting your time. They never called back.

Call TM Home internet tech support and 844-275-9310 to complain. Then make sure they open a ticket. Also they may send you a replacement GW. If there are enough people calling, complaining and making them do maintenance replacements maybe TM will finally hear us. I currently have the G4SE with 1.03.19 having the same disco issues and they are sending me a G4AR, which I will check fw version right away hoping it is the older version fw as I know it will work until it upgrades FW. The one thing I did catch the tech telling me is that they can lock my GW from getting fw updates pushed, which I might do with the replacement.

Argh, so, when i reported this, i just got hit and no one was having a problem. The electrical socket was a different issue as the connectivity dropping still occurs with the router on another wall, even when using alternate methods.
Not fixed.
T-Mobile, please stop pushing the update, and give us the updater for 1.03.14. I'd rather have old issues than constant disconnects.

i tried calling about the firmware issue cause I keep getting disconnected on League of Legends multiple times in one game and they said there's nothing that can be done that everything on there end is working correctly basically giving me the run around. I even contacted the games support first and went through every troubleshooting possibility that they threw at me and that didn't fix it so they told me its possible its my ISP so yea its due to firmware update on the G4SE version 1.03.19 that I have that T-Mobile wont do anything about now. Really Thinking of switching back to my old ISP.
