Received word directly from UPS that shipper created a label with shipment ready for UPS with tracking number early morning on 10/28. UPS hasn't received package yet. Credit card charged again on 10/28, most likely for down payment and shipping.
At least you got a shipping label, some of us got ours pushed out to mid to late November. Not sure what T-Mobiles problem is but they are defiantly pissing people off.
