I am having problems getting my Iphone. The shipping date was originally 10/27 - 10/29. Now it's 11/3 to 11/7. When I contacted customer service I was told the warehouse was waiting for a UPS label. That was 3 days ago and still processing. Next time I contacted customer service, I was told the warehouse doesn't have enough employees. So I guess I might have a phone by Christmas.
