My Dad has committed fraud.
I was living in his house at one point and my stuff was laying around meaning the boxes for the devices were just laying around openly not to mention he could overhear my conversations all the time when I did call in when I was living with him because T-Mobile even even though I'm already verified kept asking me for my passcode repeatedly so I had to say it out loud. Now my options were to either have to change my passcode after every single conversation that I have with T-Mobile or I keep it the same. They had been bouncing me around from city to city, state the state in regards to my login issues and a customer service representative unlocking my account yet thankfully over the past three days I haven't had any issues with my account locking up on me. I don't give my dad any information whatsoever however, if I'm saying my passcode out loud and I don't change it, he or anyone else sees me type a password into my phone, and/or he goes into the store (since his name is the same as mine except his is Junior), he can be saying that he is acting on my behalf. Keep in mind that I was incarcerated for a very long time so therefore they assigned me a fiduciary so it makes it look like I'm incompetent and incapable of taking care of my own finances which when they assigned me a fiduciary, it was not because of the fact I was incapable of taking care of my own finances. It was because I was going in and out of jail.
