Re: My Dad has committed fraud.
I was living in his house at one point and my stuff was layingaround meaning the boxes for the devices were just laying around openly not to mention he could overhear my conversations all the time when I did call in when I was living with him because T-Mobile even even though I'm already verified kept asking me for my passcode repeatedly so I hadto say it out loud. Now my options were to either have to change my passcode after every single conversation that I have with T-Mobile or I keep it the same. They hadbeen bouncing me around from city to city, state the state in regards to my login issues and a customer service representative unlocking my account yet thankfully over the past three days I haven't had any issues with my account locking up on me. I don't give my dad any information whatsoever however, if I'm saying my passcode out loud and I don't change it, he or anyone else sees me type a password into my phone, and/or he goes into the store (since his name is the same as mine except his is Junior), he can be saying that he is acting on my behalf. Keep in mind that I was incarcerated for a very long time so therefore they assigned me a fiduciary so it makes it look like I'm incompetent and incapable of taking care of my own finances which when they assigned me a fiduciary, it was not because of the fact I was incapable of taking care of my own finances. It was because I was going in and out of jail.26Visto0likes0ComentariosMy Dad has committed fraud.
So what am I supposed to do when my own father tries to impersonate me, has all of my information obviously knows what type of phone I have and since he thinks he knows mostly everything that I've done up until now he can literally verify every single bit of information that they ask him. LINARD Allen Hills JR has stolen $50,000 from me for him. He has cash my checks illegally and he has done all kinds of stuff yet the authorities refused to prosecute him because he filed bankruptcy so many times and because I have a domestic violence charge against him for being pissed off one day and finally having enough and assaulting him not saying that's right that is wrong because he is my dad, what do you do when T-Mobile as well as others continues to cater to his will and he knows the IMEI numbers for all of my phones maybe even this one that I have now the Revel pro six and he knows most of different addresses all my personal information majority of them? Whom do I confide in? What comfort do I have in all this? People will not give me the respect of getting my name correct so what else shall I have to tolerate?80Visto0likes2ComentariosRe: Disappointed Service
It does not make sense for my account to continue to be locked when I call in and I am on the phone with tech-support and customer service so they know it's me trying to login as well. They are on the phone with me sometimes when I change my password yet as soon as they hang up, sometimes I am locked out yet again And have to wait the full 24 hours in order for it to be unlocked again. This last time today the guy that I was on the phone with was from a different state. He was the one that changed my password and updated it and then sent me a text message with my new password. I had to go in and update my password a few hours later, so it is very frustrating for me that they know that it's me sometimes and don't care and it is also frustrating that T-Mobile customer service members have to change my password yet it still locks me out.28Visto0likes0ComentariosDisappointed Service
I have had to call in on multiple occasions due to being locked out of my account from someone entering in the wrong password repeatedly an having me be locked out of my account. I have had several DCM codes and for those who don't know what those are it's third party transactions being charged to your account. I have had issues with my Google accounts being hacked, I have had issues now with several apps being accessed without my permission and so forth. Now several months ago when all this first started I called in and told them and I was told to just delete everything and don't worry about it, fast forward about a year roughly and things have gotten so bad that I am literally locked out of my account on a daily basis. My first question has anyone besides me been having problems similar to mine with this cell phone company, and my second question does anyone have any suggestions for me since I have been a T-Mobil customer over 4 years now? I don't want to get rid of the service yet I have had so many problems to include having to argue with store clerks that I am the owner of the cell phone service because of someone else stealing my identity which I did file a police report and I also had to go to the IRS to stop someone from receiving a tax refund in my name as well as close other accounts that were made without my knowledge or permission. Luckily I now have credit alerts and monitoring in place which I hope will prevent further damage from occurring. In any case should I get rid of T-mobile service, and has anyone else been experiencing anything similar to my issues?32Visto0likes0ComentariosDisappointed Service
