NO AUDIO WHILE USING NAVIGATION ON MY PHONE. ALL OTHER MEDIA HAS AUDIO
When I'm using my Tmobile phone to navigate I have no audio only visual. So I'm only getting visual instructions with no audio. All my other media is audible such as Sirius XM.
You didn't mention what navigation app you have, but it sounds like the navigation prompts are muted. Try looking around in the app for turn by turn prompts and make sure it is set to audible. Some apps have these controls on the main navigation screen.
