Revvl 5 g phones overheating and battery not keeping charge

When the update to Android 12 came out that’s when my Revvl V+ started overheating.
It’s only gotten worse over time to now it will over heat just by me playing a game on it while not charging.
I can't even use my phone to work Door Dash or any other Gig Platform UNLESS I'm using my mother's car and have the Vent's with the A/C blasting turned down towards my phone to keep it cold otherwise when it overheats it disables the GPS. Which isn't good to have happen when you're in middle of a Lyft/Uber Rideshare or delivery Food to an area you aren't familiar with.
I'm guessing this is a pretty common problem with the Revvl V+? Which doesn't surprise me with it being a T-Mobile Branded phone and not one by Samsung, LG, etc..companies that SPECIALIZED in Manufacturing phones.
