I called TMo today and they sent a network reset to my phone where my phone disconnected completely from all networks, then reconnected. After that and a reboot I was able to text normally. Might be worth trying.
I have a S20. I can't seem to figure why I have 2 friends that can't receive texts from me, only pictures. People also cannot see my responses in group texts. It doesnt matter if it's android or apple or Tmobile or At&t. I have chatted with Tmobile, spoke to Tmobile and Samsung and nobody has a solution. I have reset my network, cleared cache and date, removed my google account. This has been going on for 5 days now.
