It is not prepaid I was a customer for several years. I don't need to be corrected on if they own them or not if they bought them they will own the company. i worked for the Los Angeles times for 30 years in accounting and I alway told customers when they had a credit coming. When the mgr at your store called they said she has no balance but never mentioned my refund I had to tell the mgr ask her if I had a refund that's when she said yes other wise I wouldn't have been informed,
