We are having the same issue. I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years, and have liked working with the company. I think it is time to find a different provider. Today I have been on the phone for nearly 2 hours seeking a remedy that doesn't cost me more money than I am already paying. Twice in the past I have spent a couple hours trying to figure things out. I am beyond unsatisfied.
