RINGER PROBLEMS GOOGLE PIXEL 6A

Can anyone tell me why my pixel is no longer ringing when I receive a call.  I have checked all the normal items such as airplane mode on, etc.  I have restarted multiple times.  I can make calls, but when someone calls me it immediately goes to voicemail and doesn't ring at all.

I am getting text messages with notifications with no problem.  I can call others and hear their ring.  It is just my ringer that seems to not be working.  All updates are current.

Any help will be appreciated.

    Hey there @TEXGEM5 Are you still having trouble with incoming calls? if not, we would love to know what you did to fix it so others can do the same if they have that problem. If you are, I would be happy to suggest a few other things to look for.
