Safety Concerns with REVVL 5G
Dear Leadership of T Mobile & Sprint,
I reached out to the Sprint/T-Mobile telephone customer services and local stores to bring up my safety concerns about the REVVL 5G that I received as T-Mobile moved to 5G.
I have felt on a few occasions (about three times) that someone is eavesdropping on the phone. This has made me nervous and I thought I will get a serious engagement from T-Mobile, but instead I was brushed off - to the extent I had to states to one of your employees that I do not have mental health problems. This concerns of mine is genuine and I am worried that this may be a issues that others may be facing and will compromise or may have already compromised our personal information.
As I was not able to get anyone from T-Mobile address my concerns, I was able to find this the only way to bring up this concern so that T-Mobile can look into it and ensure safety of customers.
Looking forward to hear from T-Mobile soon.
