oddly enough the carriers dont add the bloat..the OEM does..the carrier tells them what all needs to be added in and what changes need to be made..only thing the carrier does with the updates is tell the OEM what they want included/not included and testing whatever the OEM comes up with..if it doesnt pass TMO testing then its back to the OEM to fix whatever was found during the TMO testing..been this way since pretty much day one.
