Saved voicemail disappeared
I had an old voicemail that I had intentionally not deleted (a message from my father the day before he passed), and it was in my phone for probably a couple of years. One day it suddenly disappeared...
Oh man! The message from your father is priceless and irreplaceable. I am so sorry for your loss and to hear that the message disappeared.
Gramps28 is correct. Messages on the voicemail system are deleted after a certain amount of time. Unfortunately, once they are deleted they are unrecoverable. You can double check your visual voicemail (in the Visual Voicemail app or the Voicemail section on your dialer) to see if the file is still there. Most of the time it is deleted when the system deletes, but I have seen messages stick around before.
