T-mobile text is it real?
Text says VoLTE setting need adjusting and has link t-mo.co/3n4uxjQ. is this really Tmobile sending this?

I wouldn't click on it.

What number does it come from? If VoLTE needs an adjustment, you would receive that in an update, not through text message instructions.

I am having trouble with my phone and my wifes phone. Most incoming calls go right to Voicemail on both phones..
During calls the callers voice will cut out intermittently and sometimes come back and other times I have to call them back.
I was told in a text I received at 6:31 Yesterday that my VoLTE settings were out of adjustment and to go to t-mo.co/3n4UXjQ which I did on my computer and now I am wondering if it is a scam

No scam. The link does forward to a valid T-Mobile link:
https://www.t-mobile.com/support/devices/get-the-best-from-t-mobiles-network
T-Mobile does use t-mo.co at times to shorten text message links.
