TMOBILE is CRAP NOW

I cant get a hold of ANYONE who can HELP ME!? NO SULERVISORS OR MANAGEMENT!!??  so Corporate just hides in there offices n gets richer, as we all have issues n struggle with our bills n problems,  No one can seem to help us with!???  ive have SEVERAL issues taking avout a month to resolve,  IF ITGETS RESOLVED  at all... im gonna ve leaving Tmobile... not what it uses to be.
