I cant get a hold of ANYONE who can HELP ME!? Recently purchased a S23 Ultra from Samsung. Popped in the SIM card from the old phone and all seemed well. Noticed that when answering calls, it takes 3 to 5 seconds to connect (or to be able to hear the other person). So, I am sitting there saying "Hello" for a few seconds every time I answer a call. If I initiate the call, it's fine, only experiencing when answering a call.I got a new SIM card from TMobile and did a factory reset but the problem persists. This is my first phone change to a different manufacturer in nearly a decade - previously was with Blackberry to Blackberry, the Blackberry to OnePlus, then OnePlus to OnePlus, and all went pretty smoothly. For the last week, I've gotten a "Sprint Network Unavailable" error message whenever I tried to open the "MySprint" app on my phone. I've tried every fix I could find on the internet. Everything from deleting and reinstalling the app to force shutting it down to clearing not only the cache on my phone but also clearing the app cash to making sure the app is up to date ( which its at its most current update ) At this point I don't know what to do. I have spent almost 5 hours trying to get help with my Samsung A32. The phone cuts people off. I got the phone in November 2021 and this is May 2022. Because I didn't get the warranty they won't help me. Very poor customer service. I've been a customer since 2002….yes….20 years with 6 lines. Wow! I even said I was going to switch carriers and the guy transferred me to customer service to do that. Very sad that they don't care.98Visto0likes2Comentarios
