Problem answering calls.

Recently purchased a S23 Ultra from Samsung. Popped in the SIM card from the old phone and all seemed well. Noticed that when answering calls, it takes 3 to 5 seconds to connect (or to be able to hear the other person). So, I am sitting there saying "Hello" for a few seconds every time I answer a call. If I initiate the call, it's fine, only experiencing when answering a call. I got a new SIM card from TMobile and did a factory reset but the problem persists. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem.
