TMOBILE is CRAP NOW
I cant get a hold of ANYONE who can HELP ME!? NO SULERVISORS OR MANAGEMENT!!?? so Corporate just hides in there offices n gets richer, as we all have issues n struggle with our bills n problems, No one can seem to help us with!??? ive have SEVERAL issues taking avout a month to resolve, IF ITGETS RESOLVED at all... im gonna ve leaving Tmobile... not what it uses to be.
XR Blue 64 MB Apps nol longer work
We switched from another company, now my apps wont work! My fun phone is now a door stop! It can basically call out, calls usually don't ring in unless they are on my contact list and a lotof the time they don't even do that, causing important missed calls. missed taxis, etc. I'm disabled I can't afford to miss taxis & T-mobile is costing me, like ending up sleeping on a park bench one day, for the night. A disabled senior female!! Thanks T-mobile your safety concerns don't really care about me, maybe my phone but not my physical safety!!!!
Problem answering calls.
Recently purchased a S23 Ultra from Samsung. Popped in the SIM card from the old phone and all seemed well. Noticed that when answering calls, it takes 3 to 5 seconds to connect (or to be able to hear the other person). So, I am sitting there saying "Hello" for a few seconds every time I answer a call. If I initiate the call, it's fine, only experiencing when answering a call.I got a new SIM card from TMobile and did a factory reset but the problem persists. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem.
Moving from OnePlus 9 5G to Galaxy 23 Plus - should I use Tmobile instructions or Samsung Switch?
This is my first phone change to a different manufacturer in nearly a decade - previously was with Blackberry to Blackberry, the Blackberry to OnePlus, then OnePlus to OnePlus, and all went pretty smoothly. But now I've been given the option to either use T-Mobile's instructions (Google backup) or Samsung Switch app. Does it make a difference?Poor customer Service
I have spent almost 5 hours trying to get help with my Samsung A32. The phone cuts people off. I got the phone in November 2021 and this is May 2022. Because I didn't get the warranty they won't help me. Very poor customer service. I've been a customer since 2002….yes….20 years with 6 lines. Wow! I even said I was going to switch carriers and the guy transferred me to customer service to do that. Very sad that they don't care.
