Unrecognized number has neen set as primary
A phone number I don't own and don't recognize has been set as the primary account holder on my T-Mobile account. What's more, it is using huge chunks of data. In 2 weeks time, 88 GB of data have been used. My wife recently passed away and her line was retired. T-Mobile made changes to the account, and now I am the primary on it. Just coincidence? What's going on here?
do you guys also have TMO home net? if so wonder if they made the number associated with it the primary for some reason.
I need to figure out if im my trail for the gateway is still arriving due to me not knowing that i removed the number and when i attempt to view status my screen is blank on the page last i checked it said everything was good but this is my first time ever buying wifi for myself i received a order id the number that was on there spooked me i figured someone some how got ahold of my information had me stressing really bad . If i could just get some closer on what all is happening i could go to sleep. I seriously look forward to testing and using the gateway ive heard lots of great things about it and i just hope i didnt ruin my delivery. Gracias
