this would be due to the site upgrades a while back. any links prior to said site upgrades are no longer working...keep in mind that this thread was from 2 years ago..

If so, take a peek at our Configurar los permisos de Mi T-Mobile for steps on how to change this yourself. If you're looking to make the change on your service account, you'll need to Community-2153 and have our care folks get this taken care of for you.
