Upgrading to a new device

I'm trying to upgrade my device to a new, but the page will not allow me to add new device to cart. ¿Cómo resuelvo esto?

    Do you have any sort of ad and cookie blockers preventing it from being added to the cart?  Have you tried a different browser, like Edge?
