My spouse recently passed and I am trying to retrieve voice mails. The messages were not saved and I did not listen to them because I wasn't ready. I contacted T-Mobile and I was shown how to listen to messages on computer but the messages were not there. Does anyone know how to retrieve messages that were not listened to and not saved. T-Mobile deleted them. They are from February and earlier . Gracias
Voicemail is 30 days. Text will stay on the phone till deleted.
Sorry for your loss but unfortunately voicemails are only kept 30 days unless they were saved.

30 days unless saved. Once saved they still can be deleted if they aren't listened to in a certain amount of times.
