My spouse recently passed and I am trying to retrieve voice mails. The messages were not saved and I did not listen to them because I wasn't ready. I contacted T-Mobile and I was shown how to listen to messages on computer but the messages were not there. Does anyone know how to retrieve messages that were not listened to and not saved.
