okay I've had no issues with the T-Mobile service, they have been great about fixing the issues, but this time is different. So, I see on the website i can get $400 in credit when i trade in a Samsu...

wow okay i feel dumb but still i would think a newer phone like the z flip 3 would net the $400 trade in.
they should be a little bit more clear with this offer.
