Can't add contacts to syncup watch in t-life app.
I try to add an existing contact my the t-life app for my son's sync up watch. Steps 1. From the t-life app > connect > people > settings in top right > watch contacts select a contact. 2. Select the checkbox next to the child the contact should be added to. In my case this is our second watch so a contact is already assigned and I'm trying to assign this contact to the 2nd watch. 3. Enter a name. 4. Select Save Actual Behavior 1. Error is returned "Something went wrong. Please try again. I've only been able to add myself and one more contact. I have had this outage at night starts around 9 pm goes all night using 5G and I can't call tech support because calls just drop. Tried texting on the Tmobile Life app and its in and out. Spoke to tech support this morning had me switch to LTE and a 2.4 instead of 5G. I don't know yet if that will work but they have no idea when the tower problem will be fixed. Its just a ridiculous situation. No info or email or text telling customers there is a problem. I am sorry I left Spectrum cable. Tried to save a little money and this is what I get for that. So I guess if not solved quickly Im going back to cable. I was happy to try tmobile home internet and it worked great for about a month. I had one incident where HULU thought I had moved only to find that tmobile IP address had changed. Hulu was able to match the new ip address which gave me a temporary fix. Over the last two weeks, however, service has been spotty and my IP address was changed 4 times. Tmobile service says "sorry, it doesn't support a static IP address and doesn't have a work-around for use with Hulu. I switched to T-Mobile Internet over 2months ago. The $200 Pre-paid Mastercard within 10 weeks was an incentive that led to me making this choice. It has almost been 10weeks and I have not heard a thing. Has anyone had a similar experience? I had to report spam on this email because they claimed I had to pay them right away or my line would be cut off. I'll admit I tend to pay a little late, but I usually receive a text from Tmobile directly, not an email, and the emails are noreply almost always asking I contact Tmobile, not pay using their buttons. This email also had a direct "Pay" (not sure precisely the words) button that looked so real. Not gonna lie, I'm a very suspicious person, but even I thought this might be a real email from Tmobile. The email address is what tipped me off, I had never seen it before and couldn't trace it anywhere on the official Tmobile website. Beware of this email address: financialservices@financialservices.t-mobile.com . Don't click on the pay now button. Customer representative lying about international call charges
When I signed up with T-mobile it was expressly to get calling from the US to Germany for 25 cents per minute. Now that I received my bill it turns out that they charge $3 a minute. When talking to T-mobile the confirmed that their sales representative just flat out lied to me to make the sale and that I would have to purchase a $15 per month extra package to obtain the promised rate.
