30 TopicsFree Hulu offer problem
Hi All, I'm hoping someone can help me figure out how to fix this. I had the free Hulu (with ads) offer working just fine. We used it for a few months, and then the Olympics started. So I upgraded my hulu subscription (from within the Hulu website) to Live so we could watch the Olympics that month. Then I went back into the Hulu subscription section of the Hulu website and downgraded back to the $7.99/month Hulu (with ads). I noticed that Hulu was going to charge my card $7.99 a month, rather than charging me nothing. I contacted T-mobile customer service, and they told me that I negated my free hulu offer by upgrading and downgrading like that, and that the offer no longer applied to my account. I'd have to upgrade to a new plan if I wanted the offer again! This was never explained to me when I set up my plan. When I go to the promotional web page where the Hulu offer is described, and I try to go through the process of activing the offer now, the page ends up saying "Sorry, you are not eligible for this offer since you already have another Hulu offer." So is there a way to reinstate my original Hulu offer so that it works again? Thanks for your help ahead of time!467Visto0likes1ComentarioIs anyone unable to sign into their free Hulu accout?
We tried to watch Hulu tonight, which is supposed to be free for a year. We were greeted by a MyDisney splash screen telling us to sign in. It stated that if we didn't already have a MyDisney account, we would be prompted to create one. It would ot accept my email as valid, then invited us to sign up at full price. So it looks like Disney bought Hulu. Does this mean that our free year of Hulu won't be honored?Solved1.4KViews0likes8ComentariosHULU doesn't play well with TMOBILE home internet
I was happy to try tmobile home internet and it worked great for about a month. I had one incident where HULU thought I had moved only to find that tmobile IP address had changed. Hulu was able to match the new ip address which gave me a temporary fix. Over the last two weeks, however, service has been spotty and my IP address was changed 4 times. Tmobile service says "sorry, it doesn't support a static IP address and doesn't have a work-around for use with Hulu. Question: When selling tmobile home internet, can tmobile be open about the problem and tell potential customers that if they use Hulu, they should choose another service provider?11KViews8likes17ComentariosUnresolved Hulu subscription charges despite multiple cancellation attempts
Hi everyone, I'm dealing with ongoing unauthorized Hulu charges on my T-Mobile account. Despite multiple attempts to cancel, I'm still being billed $8.65 monthly. These charges have added up to $129.75 from April 2023 through June 2024. Over this period, I've reached out to T-Mobile support multiple times-through emails and calls-but the issue still isn't resolved. It feels like I'm caught in one of those tricky situations where canceling isn't as easy as it should be, especially since I signed up through Google TV. I'm hoping someone from T-Mobile can step in here to help finally get this sorted out. I know these issues aren't uncommon, and I'm also interested to hear if anyone else has had a similar experience. Thanks for any advice or insights, and I really hope T-Mobile can jump in to resolve this once and for all.136Visto0likes1Comentario- 66Visto0likes0Comentarios
