What is wrong with my home screen?

MOTO G POWER 2020

I’m not sure what the specific page is called—it’s the furthest page when swiping to the left on the home screen—and looks different, allows me to customize my widgets, scroll up and down through them, etc. Regardless of its name, it suddenly glitched this morning and is now saying that my account (??) is not supported.

I've never seen this before and I can't find anything about it online, so I'm wary about clicking any links. I have no idea what to make of this or who to contact for help.
