NO PHONE I WAS PROMISED BUT YOU STILL BILL ME SHAME
Was told that I can have a new cell since I originally was told that by customer service, I paid over a 100 a month just for cell phone service, and for the last two months I don't have a phone however I'm still being billed the 100 each moth. Called a few times the second called said I refused the offer however I have the VM, as well as the text message saved to my devise stating that I can redeem this offer any time by calling or texting customer service I can't call them because my phone is broken. So whenever I text them they say that they cant authenticate the account one thing I know for sure is I'm a war time veteran, to be called basically a liar I'm going to post this on FACEBOOK to all my veterans, and it's so bad that they can still bill me but they couldn't honor their word. In closing I'm beyond frustrated with how I was and am being treated so I'm just not going to pay anymore bills and when they try to collect I'll get them for breach of contract.
What is wrong with my home screen?
MOTO G POWER 2020 I'm not sure what the specific page is called-it's the furthest page when swiping to the left on the home screen-and looks different, allows me to customize my widgets, scroll up and down through them, etc. Regardless of its name, it suddenly glitched this morning and is now saying that my account (??) is not supported. I've never seen this before and I can't find anything about it online, so I'm wary about clicking any links. I have no idea what to make of this or who to contact for help.Still don't my account active
I spent 17 hours on the phone to start service.Finally got everything don around 10:30pm Wed.My phone sat on T-Mobiles dock until last night, I just want to pick it up at the store. ID was stolen so they won't give it to me. Have a DMV Appt for net Thursday. Doesn't help today. Any way around this?Weird test message notification from app this AM
Hi! This AM I received two weird test messages from the TMobile app. The first read "test" for the subject then "test' for the message. On an old device, I saw a second test message come in as well - same subject and text but also had a little blue folder with black up arrow inside it. Is this happening to anyone else?
