When will T-Mobile convert their RCS platform to the Jibe Platform (Google) for RCS?

It's been an issue far too long for Google Messages with RCS by T-Mobile on Samsung devices. T-mobile needs to either fix their RCS servers OR give us Google Messages with RCS by Jibe.
