worst customer servie. mission impossible to get through the line to speak to someone live

i have been traying to contact customer support since yesterday a numous times but i cannot get through.  it is either long wait and even i added to q to call back later they never called me back.  i have business accounts with 12 lines.  we should start looking for other provider.  

  • you should have a business account/rep you would deal with..

     

    you can contact TMO through Facebookr/Twitter as well. this starts you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents.
