account disabled

 

Bienvenido a T-MobileLo sentimos, el acceso a tu cuenta por Internet se ha desactivado. Please contact the primary account holder to re-enable your account

 

also.. every time I leave and come back home.. I have to reconnect to my WiFi.. why is that??? Didn't do that until this happened with the account being disabled
