Charged for a Directory Assistance call I didn't make.
On September 2, I was charged $2.99 (plus taxes/fees) for a Directory Assistance call that I did not make. How can I get this charge removed?
You will need to reach out to Customer Care by either calling 611 or by sending a DM to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter to dispute the charge.
