Erroneous Charges
I woke up this morning to eleven different transactions of $10 each from T-Mobile pre-paid. We don't even use T-Mobile pre-paid. We've been customers for almost 20 years, and have never seen anything like this. We are not even on automatic payments, so the fact that T-Mobile was ale to reach into our bank account and charge us these mysterious and erroneous transactions is dishonest and scary. We will be switching providers after this experience as we are now out $110 with no explanation or resolution in sight. Absolutely unacceptable to take someone's money out of their account with no explanation or reasonable resolution in sight.

Try contacting support using messenger on one of Tmobile’s social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter, they also are a higher tier of support.

I need help solving a billing dispute.. to summarize for maybe the fourth time. The last customer service rep was trying to fix my issue but our call was disconnected as he was waiting on upper management to figure out how to refund me the money. After porting my numbers and returning the T-Mobile router, I continued to be charged for the router, an apple watch that was tied to a phone which was ported out and another line which was tied to a phone which was also ported out. The third line that I mention is kind of ridiculous how it was explained to me, but T-Mobile creates a phone number to be able to apply the promotion. In total, T-Mobile collected between $432.29 to $639.31 for services that I never received.
The router was returned on May 30, 2024 and the other 2 lines were ported out in early May 2024. I was charged a full bill in May, June, July & August.
I dont have time to be waiting on the phone with customer service, I have tried multiple times to resolve this over the phone. Please do not apologize, just make me whole asap.
¡Gracias!
