Factory Voicemail Reset

I need to reset my voicemail box completely.  Somehow, my greeting has changed to my old married name from over 15 years ago.  It happened with Apple had an update.  I've changed it in the greeting but it is still playing my old name.  I would like voicemail removed and then added with a clean reset.
