TrapCall the app will allow you to unmask the caller id of the "unknown" and "blocked" calls. You could then use a reverse number lookup to see if there is any information online about the name in association with the number. TrapCall will also show you on a snapshot of a map where the line is registered/used when making the call as well.

What if it doesn't show 

Unfortunately, no.  If the calls are something that need to be reported to law enforcement.  The police might be able to trace future calls depending on why and or how the number is being blocked from showing up.  

Is there a phone number look up feature in this app. 
with AT&T our spam app had a reverse number look up feature.
