Get trade in credit for 2 new iPhones with two new Magenta MAX lines?
Please see screenshot below. When going through the process it tells me I get $800 for the S20 5G trade in, and $400 for the S10e trade in. However, when I reach the shopping cart it then removes the lower trade in credit and shows just the $800.
I was told you can trade in two devices… is this a bug in the check-out system or can you really only get this offer once? All other carriers allow two trade ins.
I've always had trouble upgrading 2 lines at the same time. I once did a bogo offer that would not show one as free so I had to call to get the offer.
You also can try going to a Best Buy to upgrade, I went there and had no upgrade fees.
