Help with Complicated Transfer

I need to do a few things. I would appreciate someone pointing me to the steps:

1. I have an existing post-paid Tmobile phone (physical sim) with a number and plan I want to keep.
2. I have a new Verizon iphone with an esim that is locked for 60 days.
3. After the 60 days I want to: a) remove Verizon; 2) get a Tmobile esim; and 3) transfer my current Tmobile service and number to the esim on my new phone.  

I'm guessing lots of steps so please help!  Thank you so much in advance for any help.
