Can't add contacts to syncup watch in t-life app.
I try to add an existing contact my the t-life app for my son's sync up watch. Steps 1. From the t-life app > connect > people > settings in top right > watch contacts select a contact. 2. Select the checkbox next to the child the contact should be added to. In my case this is our second watch so a contact is already assigned and I'm trying to assign this contact to the 2nd watch. 3. Enter a name. 4. Select Save Actual Behavior 1. Error is returned "Something went wrong. Please try again. I've only been able to add myself and one more contact. Hoping someone knows how to resolve this issue.thejmillHace 2 horasRoaming Rookie792Visto1like11Comentarios- Linny614Hace 2 horasVisitante4Visto0likes0Comentarios
why do Securus calls not come through?
I have lately been having problems receiving calls from a jail using Securus. I do not receive calls at all the call doesn't come though it won't even ring. The Securus account has funds and is able to get through a different carrier. I have turned off all blocking features called customer service and reset all family allowances and still no calls come through. How do I fix this I need this to workEliMarHace 3 horasNewbie Caller14KViews3likes21Comentarios$280 bill for international call
I've been a T-Mobile customer for seven years, but I just received a bill for over $280 due to an accidental call to Belgium. I intended to make the call through WhatsApp, but somehow, it went through as a regular international call and lasted over 80 minutes. I reached out to T-Mobile support, but they told me there's nothing they can do since the window to dispute the charge (which was three days ago) has already passed. After seven years as a loyal customer, it's frustrating to face this kind of response, and I may have to switch to another provider. Has anyone dealt with a similar situation or know if there's anything I can do to resolve this?kimappelHace 3 horasNetwork Novice249Visto0likes1ComentarioI need a one month hotspot in Czechia
Hello. Hope you can give proper advice. I have been a TMobile customer for decades. Currently I have international roaming which usually manifests itself with 2G speeds in the roaming country. That is fine. I also pay for monthly hotspot service in the USA. That works great if I work remotely from any state within the USA. Due to family illness I need to work remotely from Czechia for about a month. I would need full speed internet for use for my notebook computer. I suppose a hotspot device would be great solution. What can I do to get it done?bramborHace 3 horasNetwork Novice179Visto0likes3ComentariosNo roaming !!!!
I'm no rookie with international roaming. Bought 15 gb 30 day package. Will not work in Victoria Falls in either Zimbabwe or Zambia. T-mobile advanced support were no help and never bothered to call me back on wi-fi after we reset network and so on. All settings and switches backend are correct for roaming. Very disappointing since I rely on t-mobile comms for security. In Zimbabwe it just won't work and in Zambia it says unable to activate. This after getting the routine message about t-mobile "welcome to Zimbabwe" and similar for Zambia. 😐RickzamHace 3 horasNetwork Novice149Visto0likes1Comentario5G in France

On a very inconsistent basis, some of our users will receive notifications for missed calls without their phone ever ringing. We've confirmed that the calling device will ring for 30 seconds or so and then go to voicemail, but the end user will never receive the call, just the notification that they missed the call. Our current solution is to turn off Wi-Fi calling, but our office building has poor reception and therefore isn't a great solution. For additional context, all user are using iPhone on company assigned business lines. Just curious if anyone else has ever experienced this issue and found a solution. ¡Gracias!jeremywineHace 5 horasVisitante9Visto0likes0ComentariosLandline caller always gets busy signal when calling me.
My friend calls our T-Mobil Apple Cell phones and always gets a busy signal. (She can call me from her cell phone successfully.) She is calling from an ATT landline. She can call other Apple Cell phones (who are not on T-Mobile) from her landline, just not ours. I have checked my phone for call blocking, call forwarding, airplane mode, do not disturb, etc. And it isn't my phone's settings. Any advice?1.4KViews0likes10Comentarios
