My phone hasbeen very consistently not able to receive incoming calls. I tried to call my number using bothother Tmobile phone lines and my coworkers' who have different phone service. None of them can call my Tmobile phone number, but it directly routes people to voice message. I have donea phone warranty, change new SIM card, and call 611, they have helped me filed a ticket for engineering team, but still, I tried couple times and people still can't call me but routing straight to the voice message. What if there is an emergency and I can't pick up the phone calls? I pay a lot for the service but I can't really use it?And I am very tired of waiting and calling 611 line, everyone is busy working and I can't keep on calling them regarding this annoying problem. I do need to keep my current phone number so please help me fix this problem. I have lately been having problems receiving calls from a jail using Securus. I do not receive calls at all the call doesn't come though it won't even ring. The Securus account has funds and is able to get through a different carrier. I have turned off all blocking features called customer service and reset all family allowances and still no calls come through. so my friend currently is in county jail and has been calling me for months and i have been getting the calls until recently, however the past maybe 2 months or so he has called several times where it doesnt even ring on my end but it will his and eventually get my voice mail and when you look at my call records the number shows up on there too...it doesnt happen every time he calls the past 2 months just sometimes...my account is in good standing and i prepay for jail minutes with my credit card so its not like i even add them to my tmobile bill...anyone else have this kind of issue or has? can anyone help? i called customer service and basically they didnt know why either and this doesnt happen with anyone else38KViews8likes45Comentarios6 fays 3hrs a day phone still not fixed
Been dealing with tmobike for 6 days up to 3hrs a day constantly promised it would be my last call. Tech support does a reset says they'll call back after rest and never call back. Each time I stressed how important my phone is to my job. Never once was I offered a refurbished phone which I qualify for until I went to a brick and mortar store yesterday which takes 3days to relieve and won't be here in time fir me to save my job tomorrow, but could have 6,5,4 3 days ago when the reps and techs were waiting my time62Visto0likes1ComentarioData Connection - Phone Call - Text Message Issues - Help
Hello. I wanted to see if anyone could provide some advice. My family member and I are on the same T-Mobile plan. They have a newer iPhone - I have a Samsung. We live in different homes. Below are some of the issues we are having. These issues occur when we are home and we are out running errands etc. Phone Call Issues When trying to make a call out: Its dead air for a few seconds and goes directly to voicemail or rings once and goes to voicemail ( Happens intermittently ) Some calls will go through, some wont. It doesn't matter what type of service the person has that we are trying to call or what type of device they have ( Happens intermittently ) Who ever calls us goes directly to voicemail without any notification that we missed a phone call. ( Happens intermittently ) Text Issues Some text messages we try to send wont send at all ( Happens intermittently ) When others send texts to us, we often don't receive them or they are delayed and it takes hours before we receive them ( Happens intermittently ) Connection In General Any and all apps have a hard time loading ( Happens intermittently ) Any and all apps malfunction. They close with errors or freeze. ( Happens intermittently ) Messaging/video chat apps wont function properly ( Happens intermittently ) Performed Troubleshooting Restarted devices Disabled Wi-Fi Disabled Wi-Fi Calling Disabled Bluetooth Disabled and Enabled data connection Double checked any settings that could have been interfering with our connection Uninstalled any newly installed apps Double checked our Network Mode is set to the correct settings On the Samsung I did notice that the SIM card status for "Mobile Network State" says "Disconnected" (I'm not sure if that is important) Both devices are updated to the most current software The iPhone has been having this issue for the past month and a half The Samsung has been having these issues for over a year I have contacted tech support about the Samsung and they fixedsomething and the issues seemed to improve but over time the issues started back up and became worse. They did not disclose what they fixedor what to do in the event of the issues coming back I'm not sure what to do or what could be causing the issues. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm in MICHIGAN. Has anyone else been having problems with T-mobile Network and unable to receive and making phone calls and text messages? Some calls and texts will go through, but then others will fail. I've had several people say they called, but it went directly to voice-mail. I've also had people say they left messages on my voice-mail, but I haven't received them yet. Who should I contact to get fixed? I have an Elderly Mom and it's important for her to be able to contact me. Also for any other emergencies. I have pre-paid service and before it expired, paid for another monthly service and while the paymentis sitting in my account, they have not applied it to my phone so the number doesn't work. The staff/repson text tell me to call an 877 number but since they have not credited me the payment, I cannot call out nor receive calls in. What the heck kind of service is this? How have you been able to reach out to T-Mobile to get the money you have paid applied to your accounts without having the ability to call them. I am overseas so cannot walk into a T-Mobile.
