I am not receiving certain texts
I just moved over to T-Mobile, but I noticed I am not receiving text messages from my building automation system anymore. I used to be able to get them from my previous provider, and I have contacted T-Mobile who had to escalate this, but as yet, I have heard nothing.
Has anyone else seen this? We have been through everything, including checking short codes, blocking and so on.
This is becoming a dealbreaker for me, if I can't get these messages coming back in, I may have to go back to my previous provider.

The buildings automated system more than likely needs to be updated to refresh your numbers change to a different carrier.

The automation system has a list of different carriers to send out the texts to, it is set to the correct service (@tmomail.net), that was the first thing I made the change to on my cell number it is used to send the data.
