Iphone 15 Pro Max Siri

Is anyone else's Siri terrible on the new Iphone 15 Pro Max. I upgraded from the Iphone 13 which was good not great. Started off great and then new Iphones came out and started noticing "glitches." However, with the new Iphone 15 Pro Max, right out the gate Siri is not responsive and can not complete tasks like it should. I have already gone into the settings and selected Listen for "Siri or Hey Siri."
