carrier locked iPhone 13 pro

kindly provide some assistance regarding an iPhone 13Pro which is sim/carrier locked.
please provide an email to whom can help with the above mentioned issue.
your response will be highly appreciated.
It's in Tmobile’s terms and conditions. Usage must be on Tmobile towers for 50% of the usage and after 90 days they may cancel service if deemed excessive.
