iphone suddenly would not power up. It has a full charge. I
I powered down the iphone. Then tried to power back up and it will not power up. I am trying to reset it but it won't let me in.
I tried the following: quick press/release of increase volume, then a quick press of decrease the volume followed up by a long press on the right site of the phone till the iphone sign went on. That is as far as I could go. This whole senariou started when I was setting up their new ear plugs ( which worked great until it went sour).
I know you say it is fully charged, but have you tried plugging it in on a charger? If it doesn't turn on when pressing the side button, that (putting device on charger) is the next troubleshooting step.
Go over to the Apple support forum and you will find different ways to try fixing this issue.
