Keep and switch is it a bait and switch?
Does anyone else have issues with keep and switch? I submitted my claim. Two lines were accepted two were denied. Could not verify the make and model. Customer service told me to resubmit with new information. However, the links will not allow you to resubmit anything. It tells you that you have logged out. Or this promotion no longer exists.
I have been trying to get reimbursed through the keep and switch program and I have found it virtually impossible. Links are broken, logins fail etc
I have spent at least 6 hours in chats with t-mobile customer service. they are all very friendly but none of them have been able to resolve the issue.
they are clearly hoping that we give up on the program and we dont get reimbursed
