Not Receiving Text from some Andriod Contacts

Both phones on my account are no longer receiving texts from some of our contacts. The only commonality is that these contacts are not Iphone users. I have an Iphone 14 and the other phone is an Iphone 15. We recently changed from having a t-mobile business account to a personal account. We have tried every reset, update, and triple checked all settings, as have our contacts. Aguardo respuesta.
