Removing simlock from iphone

Hello, I bought Iphone se 2020 in Europe in Poland from a guy, that said it had a simlock. I think he got it from unknown source. I didn't know it was T-mobile sprint simlock. Is there a chance, that T-mobile can remove it without problem if phone isn't blacklisted and I'm not T-mobile client?
